With over two decades of dedicated service at SCLC, Larry is known for his team spirit. He also serves as SCLC's immigration consulting assistant, aiding the community on their path to naturalized citizenship. Larry holds an Associate Degree from Sacramento City College and has linguistic experience from UC Davis Medical Center and Washington High School. Larry enjoys basketball, fishing, and valley ball.

Hailing from Sacramento, Andrew is on a personal mission to push his boundaries through dedicated service to both his community and his SCLC team. His second career as a TV producer has enabled him to establish a vast network within the Hmong community, which he leverages to connect SCLC with Hmong community partners, facilitating event organization and community assistance. She offers cultural and linguistic support in Mien and Lao, earning admiration from both teammates and community members. In her free time, Muang enjoys gardening, traveling, and playing with her grandchildren. She's often seen sharing her homegrown fruits with her teammates and agency visitors.

Yvonne, originally from Hong Kong, immigrated to the U.S. in 1977. She joined SCLC in December 2022 as a temporary Cantonese and Toishanese Language Specialist, transitioning to a permanent role in July 2023. With 29 years of experience in the heavily regulated nonprofit medical industry, she is well-versed in standards and compliance. Yvonne's hobbies include yoga, strength training, hiking, and a love for diverse cuisines.

Yvonne Wong-Takechi

Cha has been working as an interpreter since 2005, providing interpretations in courts, as well as working as a medical examiner interpreter. She can read and write in Hmong and has a deep understanding of Hmong culture and traditions. Cha sees SCLC as the ideal platform for connecting the Hmong community with valuable resources. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to different countries and biking.
