Our Services

In order to provide linguistically and culturally responsive services to the LEP community, staff are from the communities they serve and are bilingual and bicultural in Vietnamese, Cambodian, Hmong, Mien, Lao, Cantonese/Mandarin, Russian, Ukrainian, Farsi, Arabic, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Dari, Pashto and Spanish. SCLC also provides assistance and support to community members having trouble dealing with situations such as legal, health, landlord/tenant, school, community conflict, family conflict, and immigration challenges. SCLC is currently dedicated to the Mental Health and SUPT (Substance Use Prevention Treatment) program with the County of Sacramento Department of Health Services; however, with the collaboration of community partners we are able to offer an array of resources.
